Okay, okay, okay I am finally posting another post. Well a lot of things are going on around the Sheldon household. Misty is finally finished with her school. We all (my family and Misty's family and Miller) went out to Phoenix 2 weeks ago to see her walk across the stage and complete the latest chapter of her life. Aden was so proud that he shouted during the silence "Way to go Momma..... I am so proud of you". It was so cute, the whole crowd laughed. So I guess now I can call her Dr. Sheldon.
One night we all went out to a wild wild west town to have dinner and see the sights. Misty actually rode a mechanical bull. It was really funny. I was impressed. Aden really enjoyed the trip. He thought the plane ride was cool. He got to swim, go to the Zoo, and hang out with "Sissa". It was a great trip.
I am getting ready for a big golf trip the first week of April. 90 holes in 3 days.........it will be exhausting but a lot of fun. I am getting to go the Masters for the 3rd time --- it never gets old.
Aden is in the middle of potty training - but he really is not that interested in it. Eventually he will...I hope.
Misty is now in charge of the blog since she is no longer do the school stuff. She does not know this yet!!! Later

Trick or Treating We Go
This was the first Halloween that Aden had some clue of what was going on. At first he was a little confused, but by the end he was getting the hang of it. We all loaded up in our friends' golf carts and were able to stop at a lot more houses. He would scream, "Trick or Treat" as soon as we stopped the cart. As you can tell in the pictures he was a frog, which he really thought was cool. We all had so much fun!

Weekend Review
We were glad to have my Mother and Sister in for the weekend. Aden had fun playing with Aunt "San", and Grandma got first hand knowledge of the terrible twos!!
Mom and I had the chance to go to the Arkansas/Florida game. I was fortunate to get the seats behind the players bench, so being so close we got on the big screen. I always thought what I would do when that time came, and what did I do? I would not raise my finger in the air and say "we're #1", since we do not even have a winning record. So I went ahead and raised my hands in the air and called the hogs. Mom on the other hand was too shocked to do anything. Being so close to the players makes me realize how big those guys are. Wow, they make me look like a little squirt.
The big news that everyone is discussing is the economy. While I understand that the economy is in bad shape, I also understand that it will get better. Unfortunately our society expects a quick turnaround, and I really do not believe that will happen. Until the majority of the American people learn to live below their means, there will always be a crises in our economy. I hope the banking industry has learned their lesson and will be more cautious in loaning out money. Anyway.....My dad always said about the market "what goes down will always come up", and I will add "but you must give it time".
Until next time............
